Stands

Unfurnished stand 45 € / m²

• Includes 50 W/m² electricity.
• The minimum size of the stand is 12 m².
• Located in a corner stand in 3m deep row; larger than 20 m² stands by separate agreement.

Corner stand 300 €

• Includes two tables (200 x 70 cm), two chairs, and 450 W electricity.
• The size of the stand is 3 x 3 m.
• You can only reserve one corner stand, and it cannot be combined with other stands.

Row stand 150 €

• Includes one table (200 x 70 cm), two chairs, and 300 W electricity.
• The size of the stand is 3 x 2 m.
• You can only reserve one row stand, and it cannot be combined with other stands.

Promotional stand FREE

• Includes one table (200 x 70 cm), one wall partition, two chairs and 300 W electricity.
• A free promotional stand for exhibitors, communities, associations and events related to Ropecon.

Entry

The price of the stand includes a reasonable number of vendor badges. A vendor badge permits access to the venue and the exhibitor lounge, but it does not allow participating in games and program items. The badge is also an access pass to the Vendor Hall during building, dismantling, and maintenance hours. Vendor badges are specific to the stand. The tickets and the vendor badges will be delivered to your stand before the event starts.

You may order weekend tickets for 40 € each, when reserving your stand. Ordered tickets will be included on the same invoice as the stand. You may also buy tickets at the door, but they are a bit more expensive (45 €).

Furniture and equipment

The price of the stand does not include carpets or wall elements. You may use your own furniture in the stand. Extra tables (200 x 70 cm) and chairs are also available for rent.

There is a free public WiFi network operating on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands. The 2.4 GHz band may work poorly if there are too many other networks (such as those used by payment terminals) nearby.

Organizing program at the stand is possible, but it must be agreed upon with the Vendor Hall coordinator in advance.

Lighting in the Vendor Hall is somewhat dim. We recommend bringing your own lights. The total electricity usage of the stand must not surpass the upper limit even momentarily. If you need more power than what is included in the price, it must be agreed upon before the end of June.

Difference between Ropecon and other events

In the vendor hall, some things are differ from most other conventions held in Finland:

• The exhibition center does not run out of space. We try to offer a booth place to everyone who made a reservation no later than May.
• We sell our stand space by surface area. The number of tables does not affect the size of the stand.
