LARP shows are here again!

Ropecon turns 30 and the celebratory year will be celebrated in a special form of a gala. In addition to the games organised only during this year we also want to showcase some of the greatest hits from previous years in the form of videos and for example stage performances.

In this year’s LARP show we will take a look at the present, future and past. You can sign up with a maximum 3 minutes long stage performance or with a maximum 2 minutes long video.

Should there be a massive amount of sign-ups we might have to choose which content to include. In such a case the games of the current year have the priority.

Sign-up has ended, our team is currently processing the applications – thank you so much for those who have already applied!

The performance scripts and video materials have to be delivered to the work committee by 15th July, 2023.

The rehearsal gala will be held on 29th July, 2023, both on Saturday forenoon time and in the afternoon before the actual start of the programme. There will be audio and light technology available, with a possibility for background videos.

Please note that in order to participate in the LARP show you are required to have your own entry ticket and the benefits described with organising a programme are not included. 

The sign-up information has to include:

• Name of the game
• Short game description
• Estimated amount of participants (in case of a stage show)
• Contact person

The later information has to include:

• Script and other materials
• Name list of the participants
